Integrated Graphic Designer

This job is right for you, if you can work independently and efficiently while handling multiple projects simultaneously. You need to have strong organizational and communication skills and thrive working in a team environment. We are in a season of high growth, and therefore has a fun atmosphere of a growing agency. Our designers wear several hats, from print to digital design and help our clients define their creative vision, often leading projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities & Qualities:

  • Take ownership and ensure deadlines are met
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a team player, with both remote and in office employees
  • Maintain positive work environment with high creative standards
  • Must be able to take direction while also being self-motivated to present solutions
  • Must have the ability to maintain multiple tight deadlines and manage deliverables
  • Willingness to work late when necessary, in order to never miss a deadline

Creative Skills & Abilities:

  • Create striking, visually appealing designs to fulfill client expectations while adhering to wide array of client specific brand standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate your ideas and concepts
  • Experience and exceptional proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of web development and programming (HTML/CSS)
  • Experience in collaborating with a developer and creating responsive designs for developer handoff, using Bootstrap 4
  • Knowledge of and experience with creating digital assets for social media, front-end responsive design, mobile applications and interactive design
  • Knowledge and passion for trending design techniques and technology

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years experience in a professional environment or agency
  • Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent
  • An online personal portfolio demonstrating creativity, strong visual design skills, problem solving, and the ability to articulate creative decisions
  • Excellent typography and layout skills
  • Experience with web design, digital media is a plus

Job Description

We are seeking freelancers to join our graphic design team. If you are a passionate, solution-driven, flexible and exceptionally creative individual—this could be the place for you! We are seeking creative designers who are self-starters but also true team players.

Freelancers are to work independently and efficiently while handling multiple projects simultaneously. They are expected to have strong organizational skills and the ability to motivate team members to deliver their best creative work, on time and on budget. Responsibilities

  • Design Scope:
    • Digital: Creation of wireframes, high-fidelity web mockups, email newsletters, web banners, motion graphics, social media collateral, webinars and pitch-decks, and infographics
    • Print: Production of publication ads, flyers, white papers, brochures, posters, business cards, editorial magazines and signage
    • Brand: The development of logos, color palettes, typography, collateral and style guides for print and digital
  • Excellent client communication, with the ability to manage client expectations
  • Work within tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate your ideas and concepts
  • Managing multiple daily, weekly, and long-term deadlines in a fast-paced environment

 

Qualifications

Skills and Abilities

  • Advanced understanding and application of design fundamentals, color theory, typography and layout
  • Experience handling clients, multiple projects and deadlines, in an agency/team setting
  • Experience in UI/UX design and working in collaboration with a developer (a plus)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator are a must)
  • Premiere Pro and After Effects proficiency (a plus)
  • Familiar with WordPress or other CMS
  • Microsoft Office (PowerPoint a must)
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to take direction

Graphic Design Intern

We are currently seeking a part-time Graphic Design Intern to assist with a range of print, web and motion graphic projects. This is an unpaid internship, with the option to obtain school credit if applicable.

 

Responsibilities

Tasks undertaken may include the production of:

  • Print (booklets, pamphlets, white papers, banners, etc.)
  • Digital (social media banners, web banner ads, infographics, motion graphics, etc.)
  • Website (wireframe, prototype, and development)
  • Presentation (PowerPoint decks and webinars)
  • Brand Design (logo, color palettes, and typography)

 

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch are a must
  • Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and WordPress are a plus

  • Additional copywriting and/or administrative task on a per-project basis

 

Qualifications

We need an intern who is:
