Modernizing NeuSpark PDS: A Case Study in Brand Advocacy

NeuSpark Person Directed Services (NeuSpark PDS) marked a bold new chapter for an organization with a legacy of advocacy and care for people with developmental disabilities. Formerly known as Program Development Services, the organization’s evolution from family-driven care to a modern, mission-centered identity continues through NeuSpark’s renewed vision for the future.

Challenge

The organization turned to Lúgh Studio to help redefine who they are and how they show up in the world. After four decades of service, the organization sought a modern, unified identity that reflected its evolving mission and reenergized its role as a leader in the I/DD field.

NeuSpark PDS needed a simplified and engaging mission statement, a cohesive visual identity, and a state-of-the-art website that would communicate its person-centered philosophy with clarity and impact. Beyond a new look, the organization aimed to reach new audiences, reinvigorate innovation, and position itself as a future-focused voice in the field.

Our Approach

Through a comprehensive rebrand and website redesign, we helped NeuSpark PDS clarify who they are, strengthen how they communicate their story, and make it easier for audiences to connect and engage.

The result is a cohesive, user-centered brand experience that connects emotionally with their community while positioning the organization for long-term growth and visibility. By aligning strategy, storytelling, and design, we transformed NeuSpark PDS’s online presence into a platform that informs, inspires, and drives action.
